Easy to reserve
The reservation process was super easy but actually getting ahold of someone to start your account was a bit of a struggle. All in all the facility is really nice.

I’ve been with this storage unit for less than 6 months and they increased the price by $20. From $160-$180. I could understand if I had used them for a year. They claim they are increasing prices due to the economy and only need 30 days notice to do so. I also didn’t get a full 30 days notice per Alabama state law. The letter was postmarked 5/31 and I’m told it will increase 6/28. In the letter they put the date as 5/29, in their attempt to get around that. In a court of law, it goes off the list marked date. When I called the secretary or whomever it was, she didn’t seem to know how to respond and said that hey would call me back. I agreed to $160 and was never told of a potential price hike.
