We found ourselves in need of a storage unit for a few short months. This location is all one floor and climate controlled, which is extremely convenient! The app associated with the unit seems like it will come in handy. We spoke with Purity over the phone just intending to ask a few questions, but she was able to go ahead and get our unit set up over the phone. She made the entire process quick and easy!
Lacey CallahanI'm not sure why there aren't more reviews about this, but they hiked my rate up suddenly with no information or explanation. They were great at move-in, but after 6 months, they increased the rent from $60/mo to $104/mo. All of my billing is done paperless, but I didn't get an email about it. They say they sent a written notice to my house, but I didn't see it. If you're going to stay longer than 6 months, I'd recommend looking somewhere else.
