My first step in considering renting space from Public Storage was to stop by the office and talk to the person there. She was very helpful. Nice and also business-like. Answered my questions and gave me further pertinent info, then recommend that I go online for the best pricing. The online experience was very clear and smooth. Reserved what I wanted then went back the next day to finish the process in person and moved some of my things in at that time. So far, I have no complaints at all and am very happy that I went to Public Storage.
