I am in the process of moving my mother to Birmingham and search for a storage unit until she finds a place to live. So I went to Public Storage at 8 W Oxmoor Rd and rent a 5x10. Chris was very professional and helpful. However, after talking to my mother I realized the unit I rented was too small to hold all of her stuff and panic set in. Anyway I went back to the office and explained my situation to Dana. She was very kind and understanding and transferred the rental to a 10x10 and resolved the matter within minutes, She was very helpful and literally MADE MY DAY.
I liked it very much and it was easy to book everything online very good service.
