I researched and reserved online. When I arrived at the office Jason Schniper (sp) greeted me. He was professional, yet friendly. His service was exceptional. The facility is clean, neat, easy to access. This is the third or fourth storage facility I have used in the last 17 years, and this experience with Metro has been the best by Far!
We were met by an awesome young man who directed us to the carts, timer controls for the lights and our unit. He also offered us nice cold bottles of water!
Nothing but good things to say and you can even have access to your unit 24hrs a day 7 days a week.
