great place for storage of anything, we use it for holiday decorations.
I recommend using this company (the Elmore, AL location). Renting here was easier than I anticipated. Initially, I was worried about not having anyone on site, but with cameras and the access code being tied to the user account, it seems quite safe. The location seems to be in a safe area. I primarily worked with Dotty via telephone on the few instances where I called, and she has an awesome personality. Today, as I canceled my rental agreement, Lacy was also quite pleasant and helpful. Their website doesn't have the option to delete my credit card, so I recommend they fix that (could be user error on my part, but I did not see an option). I do like the recurring payment option. Hassle-free. If you're storing an RV, it's helpful to know that their electricity availability for covered parking/storage is just 15 amps, so your 30 or 50 amp RV would need a "dogbone" connector to at least provide power to the refrigerator. Other than that, I may end up renting again if I do not take my RV with me when I move in less than two months. I trust this location and the management. They do not have a military discount. Mark
I needed covered storage for my RV. I am very pleased with the facility, rental rate and the month to month contract. The Elmore location fulfilled all my needs.
