I find the facility to be safe and clean. The company texts, emails and calls to remind me of the payment if I don't pay on the due date. They hate to have to charge late fees. Who takes the time and goes out of their way like that anymore?
When I first got there, I was kind of confused because I was looking for a person and nobody was there. I realize there is a QR code on the door and you can actually pay & secure your unit just by using your phone. I scanned it in and paid for my unit and it sent me the code to get through the gate. The gate even have my name on it. We got to the unit and we unlocked it and was greeted by a little welcome bag with the new lock & and some information about the company. I was very skeptical at first because I am in more, “person to person” kinda person and am new to all the online stuff but was very pleased
Storage was supposed to be $1 I got there and my bill ended up being $82 which none of this was disclosed to me. When I called customer service to get my storage info she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to care at all when I expressed my concerns on the price.
