This place is horribly unprofessional and engages in dishonest practices. Their current management will send you emails citing fees much earlier than they are actually applied to fear monger you. During the holiday they took the lock off of my unit and never informed me. Today, over two weeks after my unit was left unsecured without my knowledge, they sent me an email to let me know they would be charging me for a new lock. They knew they left my unit unsecured and no one cared to tell me. They also illegally denied access to my unit even after my payments were current, something I again discovered that they did not communicate. I hate that I ever engaged in any business with this place and it is my priority to get my stuff out of here as soon as possible. I encourage anyone that has experienced any of these issues to exercise your rights, I sure will be.

This place is not maintained and in HORRIBLE condition! The security gate is left open 24/7. Everything I had stored there was ruined due to severe roof leaks. I have photos of all of my belongings covered in mildew and mold. I also have pictures of the ceiling that is covered in mold and mildew from the leaking roof. They say I have no insurance, which I have proof of on my monthly receipts. All of my belongings are a complete loss and no one will try to help rectify the situation. Update: yesterday 6/29/2023 I sent all requested items to the email address provided by CubeSmart. I haven’t heard back from them. As soon as this gets taken care of, I will post an update to let you know how easy or difficult this situation was made and what hoops I have to jump through to get the insurance reimbursement I am entitled to due to their negligence of proper maintenance. Final update: 7/15/2023 I had to go to my receipts from previous storage payments and found the insurance company’s name and search for information due to CubeSmart not having any record of me having insurance. After a long process I have been approved for my maximum insurance coverage and am receiving the settlement. This is the worst storage facility I have ever seen and it was in great shape when I started storage there under a different storage company name a few years ago. Please be cautious if you store with them and check to see if they fixed their security cameras and gate because neither have worked for months!

Alison was very helpful and professional in renting me a storage unit. She also was great in explaining how everything worked, the hours opened, etc.
