Very professional and caring customer service!
I needed to get two storage units immediately. Xavier is one of the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable business employees I have ever met in a long time. This young manﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s thorough and outstanding professional attitude made the signing up process flow very smoothly. He took me around to see the units, which are in good condition, and everything went smoothly from there. The signing process was fast, and I was able to move my stuff in immediately. I am very grateful and pleased with my experience with Xavier and Extra Storage. I do recommend them for their outstanding customer service, and courtesy.
Affordable outside enclosed trailer storage
Extremely pleased with Ms. Michelle Wood and Brandon when looking for affordable outside storage space for my enclosed trailer. I have six years of prior experience with Ms. Wood and she has always proved to be most considerate and cooperative during my dealings with her. Michelle and price are the two critical reasons I rent space here. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a great experience with this location. The staff are consistently professional and responsive — even if they miss my call, someone always gets back to me promptly, sometimes even looping in a manager from another branch to make sure I’m taken care of. The facilities themselves are well-maintained, clean, and the climate-controlled units work exactly as advertised. While it’s not the biggest or flashiest storage site, it’s definitely one of the most dependable and well-managed ones I’ve used. Overall, I have no complaints and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to store their belongings.

Getting into the unit similarly was pleasant and quick with easy-open materials like the bag and lock being actually easy to get into and prep for use. Property is well-kept and the unit itself was clean and well lit. Will use again if needed and highly recommend.
