Spaces not cleared
We rented an outdoor space to park a trailer. I’m we told on the phone the space would be cleared if snow and ready for us to park the trailer. The first space assigned had 2-3’ of snow and no way we could park a trailer. We were assigned multiple other spaces with the exact same issue. We finally had to personally shovel out a spot night to get the trailer parked. Staff was friendly & helpful but said they were not allowed to do any snow removal. We have another trailer we need to store but will have to find another facility

If you need to get a storage unit then you should check out what they have here. The price is great and the unit is way bigger than what I had pictured in my mind. Convenient Eastside location is perfect for me. I would recommend to anyone who needs more space to store their things.
