We had an issue with our unit and needed to be moved to a different unit. Kristina was very undetstanding, patient and professional with us and got us moved. Kristina showed great customer service, so much so that we are considering moving our other storage unit that we have with another company to Public Storage. Great job Kristina!

TashaI don’t know how they have 4.5 starts but I’ll tell you now, if you were desperate like me. Go for it, but if you can do better. Do it. Cause you’ll soon regret it. They say it’s the area … but I regret this storage. Sincerely. You have to leave identification for carts that supposed to be available to customers without you holding our identification. That’s weird. Then they close and open WHEN ever they want to … First couple days in I had a leak and had to move spaces. And yes damage was done …
