Vida Herrera, the store manager, is extremely thoughtful, personable, and helpful. She explained everything clearly and took her time showing me the size of the unit I was looking for, as well as other options. She was professional throughout her time showing me around, but also a delightful conversationalist. It is a rarity nowadays to encounter such a sincerely enjoyable person in the business domain.
