Great job by the staff as I arrived just before closing a day prior to move in and they were able to get me registered and set up.
My only complaint is the cost of the unit. If I had rented a 10X10 last month the rent would have been $160 but this month is $228 a month. That's terribly expensive.
The lady there was excellent. Made suggestions which were very helpful.
Signing up was easy, express pay was great and finishing up at the location was a snap. Love the gate open/close app!
Customer service was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions. The facility was clean, well lit and seemed very secure. Definitely recommend.
