I booked online and had a great experience when I arrived at the location. Alex was very helpful and the easy access in and out of the building was great. Live the lighting, cleanliness and organization of the place. Overall very happy!

I would definitely recommend this storage location. I stopped in, got a storage unit the size I wanted, filled out paperwork and unloaded what I needed all in under 30 minutes. It was a delight to work with them. They were very customer service oriented.
outstanding experience could not ask for anything better
First off Lorenzo was incredible he should train other employees how to interact with customers. I have never experienced a storage facility like this they have a business conference room that can be used by customers they have free Starbucks coffee hot cocoa bottled water cookies for the customers, there is music playing throughout the climate control storage units this place is clean, absolutely spotless. If you're looking for a place that's five notches Above the Rest this is the place!

Ben was super helpful and quick getting us set up with a storage unit. Great prices and top notch security. The vibes inside the office are super relaxing too and they have a Starbucks coffee machine that makes a great latte.

AshleyOnce Again Posting due to the owner having my post deleted! BEWARE! Modern Storage has water leaks and over 90% of my families belongings were ruined! The leaseholder is my father however they are my belongings and the payments come from my account. Almost $100 for a 5x10 unit and $135 for a larger unit. Do these pictures look like their units are climate controlled? Also, their management was VERY rude and nasty to us. Again, the owner had my previous review deleted however I will continue to repost because LOOK at what their water leaks did to my belongings and they REFUSE to do anything. They just want to hide it so they had the post deleted although it is a VALID post.EDIT- response to owner- Yes the leaseholder is my father who has reached out as you are aware, and your management rudely told him to read the fine print and that we have to resolve it with our own insurance so please don’t respond like you all are ACTUALLY going to do ANYTHING.

The prices are very reasonable compared to other places I checked, and the facility itself is very clean and well maintained. A big plus is that they even have a meeting room available free of cost for tenants, which is such a thoughtful and useful feature. Overall, a very positive experience — highly recommend!
