From the initial phone conversation with Gary, to the one on one interaction with Robert, the professionalism shined through. I am very glad to have chosen YOUR EXTRA CLOSET as the place to rely on. Definitely will tell others about them. The customer service was convincing enough for me to look no where else.
Rented the unit Saturday and started moving in on Sunday.
We looked at 2 more companies storage units. This unit was beyond compare. The climate controlled unit we rented was easy to access, close to our current home, and having rolling carts made the unloading of our SUV very easy. We also bought our lock there. Talk about one stop convenience!

I wrote late last nite about trouble I was having maneuvering my widebody RV into our assigned parking spot. By 9am this morning (Saturday no less) I received her email reply offering 2 good solutions. As I was replying to her response my phone rang - it was April calling to make my day saying she'd gone ahead and completely resolved my problem. Service like this doesnt even happen anywhere else, folks. April is simply the best!

Laura ReynoldsEverything was great. Only problem was the day before we moved out. They called to let us know there was a leak. Looked to be from the AC unit. Thankfully we’ve been through a flooded store room before and knew to leave nothing on the ground that could be damaged. The ladies were wonderful though and we will be renting here again next summer!
