The web application is not the easiest system to navigate or get instructions. Need onsite support at the location from time to time.
I haven't really spoken to anybody so I couldn't really say anything about customer service except for the lady I spoke to on the phone when I booked the storage unit she was very nice and helpful other than that I haven't spoken to anybody I do get texts and emails
