I've been a customer for several years. I've only had one issue with my door and once I reported it, it was resolved very fast. I feel my personal belongings are secure and safe. Overall the price is fair. I only gave 4 stars because who isn't trying to save money these days

Nice facility, easy in & out, very clean with climate controlled environment. Only complaint is that finding our unit took a lot of time as we had to walk around the entire facility to find it, it would be nice if a "mini-map" were at entrances to help locate where your unit is for the first time!
We are parking a 42ft 5th wheel. Made and paid for the reservation a month before we needed it. When we got here, someone was in our spot and it took awhile to get us into an available spot because of our size. The numbering system for vehicles is also really bizarre. Cannot figure out what was intended.
