Met with the Manager Patty and she was so nice and helpful. We would recommend this facility to anyone.
Staff (Patty) was super helpful and great at her job. Facility is super clean and in great condition.
I reserved a storage room online and was having issues signing the docs for whatever reason. I called the office to let them know I wasn't able to sign the documents online, the representative said it was okay, to go in on the day of my move in and she would have all the documents ready for me to review and sign. Patty did just that, when I got there, she received me with a genuine smile and greeted me by my name. Patty's customer service was beyond what I've experienced at any other storage unit I've rented in the past. I really appreciated when Patty walked me to my storage unit instead of giving me a map with arrows.
Great convenient location. I am able to get in and out quickly. The facility is always clean. Patty the manager is amazing. She is friendly and ever so eager to help.
