Quick setup! Very convenient. Made a call, went to the facility and it is clean and nice. Great prices. Was able to get a unit same day, unload, purchase a lock, and leave quickly. They also have a truck if you need it! Good stuff!

Great service! Grant did an amazing job! Took the time to show me various units and helped pick out the perfect unit for my needs! Even asked what vehicle I drive to make it easier for unloading! Definitely recommend checking them out first!! Great service goes a long way!

Very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Everything was super easy to access and clean, highly recommended to anyone with needs for storage. **This is the worst I've been treated...I didn't realize I had only a certain amount of time during the day (go there when I get off work cause it's more convenient being closer to where I'm staying) that I could be there in my own unit, and only certain amount of days during the week I could be at my unit, apparently there's a limit to how long and how many days you can access your unit before being told that you're on their 'radar'. My transportation is a bicycle at the moment and I live half way through town so getting my personal belongings takes a little longer, but now Everytime I go there I get watched and profiled like Im doing something wrong. Has definitely made me feel very uncomfortable and honestly I don't recommend this place to anyone that plans to go to their storage more than two or three times outta the week. Plus if you're 2 minutes past the gate closing time (7) even though they have a clicker on the outside of the office for ' late movers' to open the gate themselves, it's deemed as "pushing it" if it happens too many times.. (not even a hand full of times) When I can let myself out. Gives you that good ol 'slap in the face' treatment. Gives a crappy attitude and the not worthy of saying have a good night back to you, you can kiss it!!!! Discussed with this treatment and will be relocating asap. Thanks for making this a horrible customer service experience I've ever been apart of. Grade F - no stars - for this company/employee/employee that lives on site.

I kept some of my belongings here over the summer and have nothing but positive feedback for this storage location. The customer service was outstanding, transparent and reassuring when responding to any questions that I had. The rate is reasonable, with a 5% discount for setting up autopay. It was very convenient to reserve a unit and whenever I called with questions, the information was always clear and easy to understand.
