Cleanest Storage Facility in the area...and friendly management!
We have a few other storage units in the area..when we needed another one at our facility...they did not have one available...so we tried Beaumont..and found this storage facility on 1st street...WOW we were shocked to see how clean it was initially...and although the pricing was just a bit higher than our other nearby facility...there was NO comparison...We only had hoped we found this one first... Paul was extra acomodating and followed up on our needing another unit by calling us when it came available. Thank you for your customer service...(something that nowadays is hard to come by) !! much.

From Friday Nov 14th ---‐----------------‐---------------- I returned on Friday Nov 14th to get a UHaul and additional Storage Unit. Can you say Kind, Good-Hearted people---Paul, Tracy and Halie. Lets just say there are few kind people left in this World, and they work at Beaumont Self Storage. The entire team treated me with Kindness, Very Welcoming, So Caring. I could cry with JOY just talking about how wonderful and pleasant this Trio were to me. Treated me like Family🙏🏻 The Best Customer Service I have had in years. Talie BediI arrived pretty close to closing. I would not have blamed them if they had told me to come back the next day. But instead they were very welcoming they helped me to back my trailer into my new spot and took the time to get me all checked in and didn't make me feel rushed or like I was an inconveniencing her at all. Haley was great at helping me get my spot and getting my paperwork done. And her husband Tracy was very helpful when I was back in my trailer in. He gave me a lot of helpful tips. It's kind of funny to say but this storage facility felt more like a family. I have no concerns or worries about leaving my trailer in their care.
