How life is going right now, you can't trust air of places. When life hits you and you can't keep your belongs at a place you call home.... public storage is the next place that I am comfortable leaving my home belongings. Would recommend to anyone

I rented with the staff that was fine. I needed up never using the unit and never put a lock on the door. On 2/14 got a call that I was past due and met them know I never locked the unit. They said that would handle it then got an email saying I moved with a balance and if I do not pay I’ll be sent to collections. How do I get bill for a services not used and a storage unit not secured. Called their 800 number and was told I would get a resolution email next day.
R AHi all I wanted to let you know this public storage is a clean and mead property the storage units are very well maintained and Blake is the gentleman behind the counter making the process easy and very customer friendly. I highly recommend you go to Blake for any and all questions he is an easy person to speak with and extremely knowledgeable.

Angelique JohnsonPlease do not waste your money running at public storage. It’s difficult to make payments unless you have a credit card, but this little lady is about ready to lose all her stuff because they will not take a cash payment from her. She’s been down to the location two days in a rowand all they want is a credit card payment so they could put somebody else’s credit card on file you will have problems making payments and they try to take your stuff.
