It started with an impressive early morning call back, when I had not even left a message the night beforeﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ The staff is absolutely amazing! Since Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not a local to NorCal and was facilitating for someone else's household items I shot off a barrage of questions which needed to be answered by management; my number was recorded and I was told I would receive a call back. A few minutes later I received a call back from Jackie who had the most wonderful disposition. She listened attentively, was responsive, detail oriented and went above and beyond to accommodate my very challenging request. In addition, Jackie made herself available after working hours to assure my needs were met and I was 100% satisfied. This type of customer service is rare in almost all industries today so I would like to give a huge shout out to the staff at Town Center Self- Storage, Brentwood; you have exceeded my highest expectations of customer service! Thank you Jackie!

i came in after putting a request online. when i arrived, bot ladies behind the desk were nice and polite. they were able to answer all questions that i had. one of the ladies showed me to my unit and even showed me an alternative way to get there. staff was beyond nice and polite
Thee best customer service I have received via phone/walk-in. Prices that are resonable , the representative for the particular storage was on top of it . You could literally visualize her smile through the phone and then upon arrival it matched her customer service and getting things DONE !! We did not take the storage (family hooked it up) but great customer service should be found here and they will make things happen!! God bless.
