Sue made the process of seeing the space, doing the paperwork and getting auto-pay all arranged a genuine pleasure! The facility is SPOTLESS, everything works as it should, and security is even better than I remembered it being. (I'm a repeat customer, because I felt well taken care of then, and STILL do.) Thanks to Sue for doing such a great job. We love the Burbank location.
Renting at the Hollywood Way location in Burbank was great. The rep on-site, Angela, was very helpful and extremely friendly. She showed me around the facility and explained everything to me. Also, their access hours are long which is a big plus.
This Public Storage is so clean and well-maintained. It was recommended to me by a friend and I was thoroughly impressed with the facility. Climate-controlled, pleasant surroundings, a manager at the desk...what's not to like? Heidy, was very friendly and professional and made the whole process very easy.
My location is very clean and great service. What I have noticed and is very annoying is that in all locations the hallway light sensors cut off too soon. For safety and practically the lights should stay on longer.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and safe environment. I am a return customer--didn't need to look elsewhere!
