I was not thrilled. They use to.be nice but now they are kinda rude. Storage went up to $495 a month. Called to see if they could reduce and the lady says we will put you on our lists and hung up. Also decided to move... She came up while the movers are trying to move and picked up bed frame and threw it out of the elevator . Since we have been there awhile there was a homeless lady living in facility for a while with her dogs. She actually was nicer than current managers ..lady especially...they also said we had moved out when in fact no we were still there... Had wr not checked.. what would have happened to our stuff. This unit was paid on time monthly. The lady also while moving our asked what I was doing? It is a storage facilitu. She said oh you need to give a 30 day notice..I said my friend been in the hospital and is currently. No empathy nothing. I highly don't recommend this place.. oh as fast as new one customer said they had a breakage on fourth floor in past. Was that why all my stuff on shelves was knocked over when I checked it?

We needed short-term, temperature-controlled storage while in between homes. This facility is secure and clean, and the Erin is amazing to work with! She takes pride in helping each customer find the best unit (or in our case units!) to fit their situation. I cannot recommend this facility - and Erin! - enough. Thank you for being one of the least stressful parts of our complicated move!

I wanted to advise you that if you plan to store your belongings here for an extended period, the fees will increase significantly. I started paying $100, but now they want $300 for a 5x10 unit, which is absurd. I’ve never encountered this issue in any other storage facility. Is a secure place but they are truly abusive with high prices. They don’t care if you are good customer always pay in time.

I have been a customer of West Coast Self-Storage Carlsbad for over 4 years now. I have rented 5 units of various sizes for different purposes. The management team there has always been very professional. The storage units and the entire building is always extremely clean. The building has top notch security. As a very happy customer I have recommended West Coast Self-Storage to several friends and also recommended them on social media. I am glad that they are located in an area that is so central to Carlsbad & Oceanside.

The staff person Eddie was excellent and offered great customer service. He answered all questions, suggested visiting the location, which we did and completed all the paperwork smoothly. I was left with a sense of safety and security.
