As a first time customer in need of an emergency storage unit to store a few boxes from â local resort I vacationed in as I had to travel to Washington DC for work with little time to sort details ….. Devon Self Storage effortlessly answered the emergency call and made magic happen hours away!!!!! Not only was Erika and Redd incredibly kind, thorough and genuinely willing to do whatever it took to ensure my belongings were safely secured while I was in another state, Erika kindly suggested a temporary combination lock to out my mind at ease as the local resort would be the ones transporting my boxes to the facility on my behalf! Needless to say, all went flawless and my belongings weee secured and my mind was put at ease instantly. Erika went the extra mile to send a photo of my boxes safely tucked away in the unit until I can have them shipped to me. Talk about superb premiere customer service at its finest!! Devon’s Self Storage understands what it means to place customers needs before their own! I am throughly impressed and highly recommend DSS to the world near or far…. They have proven that they can take on any scenario you may have that me a bit unconventional with ease!!! Phenomenal execution in every way!!!! I’m a customer and FAN for life!!!!! He was friendly, super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions like it was no big deal. The place looked clean and secure too.
