The process for reserving and leasing a storage unit was seamless. Instructions for move in has been thorough and simple. John was very helpful getting me situated during move in. The space has a lot of security and I feel very comfortable storing my supplies there. I am very happy with my storage unit so far!

Can’t recommend enough! I have never rented a unit before but due to life and unforeseen circumstances, that has become a temporary need. John was so very helpful, kind and empathetic and easy to talk to. I appreciate not only his assistance in getting the right unit for my needs, but his kindness and ability to go above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I understood the layout of the property, and use of my personal code that gains entry to the premises. I came into the office nervous to leave my most precious valuables in a foreign location but I left feeling confident it would be safe and taken care of. Walt BosmaHowdy. First impressions: John is a capable and professional site manager. He's very easy to talk to and understands the needs of new renters. I was impressed how he handled site problems, after loading my unit - the door wouldn't lock. I reported it and he assessed the problem, next he came back to my unit, with power tools and modified the door track, so it was lockable. There was a design problem, he said - with how the units door cassette was mounted, my unit is a long the outer wall...let's shorten this review, he's there for our needs as renters, with absolute professionalism.
