My momnhas been using this place for years now after moving away and they (the site manager) have always been able to work with her and walk thru the process. Even adding me to the account was a seamless process. Highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
Leon KingI have had a very positive experience with my storage unit at Sentry in Elk Grove. The manager, Erica, has always been helpful and has gone out of her way to enhance my experience. One time I dropped my lock off my truck when exiting the facility. She found it and called me. She is great. I was renting there for about eight years.

Through the years I have had a wonderful experience with the Manager Erica there. She was always helpful and easy to talk with. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her from the bottom of my heart and that I will miss her dearly. By the way, Sentry Storage is a great place to keep your things. If I need a storage unit again, I'm gonna come back to this spot

Sheri NottinghamErica is really great and provides a wonderful customer service. The owners seem to be a big greedy and raised the price of my unit by $50 a month. I moved to another storage facility for less than half price. They also closed at 7:00 p.m. which is pretty early.
