⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience with Michael I had an absolutely seamless experience getting my storage unit last night, thanks to Michael. He went above and beyond from the moment I arrived—friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through all of the options, made sure I understood the whole process, and helped me pick the perfect unit for what I needed. What really stood out was how kind and accommodating he was, especially after a long day when I was already feeling overwhelmed. His professionalism and genuine customer service made the whole experience easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for storage and want someone who actually cares about helping you, ask for Michael. He made all the difference. Highly recommend
Joe MClean facilities and nice staff, but inconsistent and limited hours. I use the wine storage and came in the afternoon to pick up some wine. You have to go through the office to get to the wine storage, and they were randomly absent from the office for 30+ min. With the new ownership, they also started charging more for storage. Not a great experience so far and a wasted trip.
