I believe their names were William and Juan and they were spectacular. Very accommodating and informative. Made sure to explain the contract and policies thoroughly and didn't move on to the next part until I fully understand. It was great. Super clean. Super friendly. And amazing pricing.

Great customer service, reasonable price and lower than most storage facilities

Because of SmartStop's entire crew, I will always be a loyal renter. Kudos to the person who hired every one of them. Not only are they professional and polite, but they are also helpful and informative. They even gave me tips on driving a 12-foot box truck, which I was worried about having to drive. I'm a 60-year-old woman who lost my boyfriend and father in the same year. I made this entire move by myself and am thankful I had SmartStop employees for guidance and support. Seriously they all deserve a raise and should be the ones training people around the world on how to be great at their jobs and good human beings. I highly recommend and a million thumbs up from me.

Before I got this storage, I was just packing things up and piling them up. I knew that I was gonna get a storage but just wasnt sure which one or when. After a weeks there were boxes everywhere and I felt like I wasnt doing anything but making a mess. So I went online in search for a storage. This was the third storage facility on the list and it looked pretty good. So I reserved the one I wanted and was going to set my alarm so that I could get up early. It was a holiday so I was worried they maybe closed. Well I ended up falling asleep without setting my alarm first. To my surprise I woke up to my phone ringing and it was a rep following up on my reservation. I was so happy that she called me and she was so kind. I set a time to come up there and purchase my unit. I got there and again the rep waa so nice. She showed me the unit and it was beyond perfect and clean. I finished all the paperwork and with everything I was showed and the nice facility I decided that I am going to keep the storage even after I move in my place. The rep said that was a good idea too. So not only did I get a storage but I figured out how to have a personal garage too. Its so peaceful there and surrounded by a bunch of beautiful trees that give the feeling of the beach. Very Nice!
