Customer service experience exceed expectations, very helpful, very easy to talk to and went beyond the service provided

This place had lenient enough access hours and not to mention first month free so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s only a 29$ fee for that month. The place is in an industrial park area out of the way but really close to Home Depot and Walmart in case you need something while youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re there. Overall the place is really quiet usually and as always there is always one or two tweaked at storages of any kind and no exception here either but they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to bother anyone. I first went here with a friend who had a unit here and it being close enough to my house it was a no brained I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t run a biz when I only have access till 7pm like other places so the later hours here are phenomenal and the drive up roll up doors again are a premium item in my opinion so I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get a better deal on a 10x20 unit!!! So respect the place and the rules that arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t that strict to begin with and youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll have zero problem with the owners or management just be a adult a tiny bit and youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be fine and happy here secure as well well lit and power access in units mostly as well. A huge perk !!!! I love this joint I will be here more than my house I think. lol.

We rented in advance online and spoke to location management afterward to confirm all details. We needed to get our stuff into the unit on a Sunday evening and quickly move on. However, when we arrived, our unit had a padlock on it, and we couldn't get in.There was no one on site, so we called Cubesmart customer service. In relatively short order we were assigned a different unit, and things went smoothly from there. But it was a little scary for a few minutes when we were unable to access our unit and unsure of how things would unfold.

We had booked a 10x10x8 unit and when we got there they weee split into two units of 5x10x8. We werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t told this upfront and it cost us time to perform some Tetris while moving stuff in as well as cost to buy the second lock. If we were informed about this ahead of time then we couldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been better prepared.

The online booking process was smooth, but it seems they are short staffed to handle customers who for some reason have to sign up paperwork in their office. For 3 days, I couldn't get anyone to meet me or call me back for an appointment.
