The woman working the front desk was extremely warm and helpful.
Everything is good, pricing, neat and clean storage. I am only giving 3 to customer service as I didn't get clear information on insurance. Executive said it is required but I believe per papers it is not required and as per customer wish. So there was a confusion. So I spend 15/month which was not required.
Stephanie was very professional, and helpful. There was a situation regarding the unite we reserved, however, Stephanie took great care to help us get the best unit for our needs. Thank you
