I like that it is a newer storage facility that is convenient and right off the freeway and very clean and modern. You get in and out using an app on your phone.
Getting into this storage facility was great. The person at the front was super friendly, helpful, and personable. She took me around to show me the unit, and explained step by step how to use the app and get access to everything I needed. Having everything app controlled, even the elevator, is strange, but it makes things safer in a way, and easy access. It is pretty simple to be able to use the dollies, as well. You just leave an ID with the front desk and go get them near the entramcw you're using. The one thing that is a bit inconvenient is that there is only one person at the front desk, so if they are out showing a unit, you have to wait outside until they come back if you have a question or want your ID back. Other than that, it is a great place so far. Plus, the pricing is better than other places I was looking at or have been.

It was easy to find an affordable unit. Paperwork was a breeze, it took me less than 10 minutes. The customer service at this facility is great! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve already received 2 calls to insure my satisfaction! No complaints!
