Clean climate controlled space with good height.
Old Barn is pretty central in Grass Valley and super convenient to swing by while Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m out and about. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, easy to access, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that the gate access hours start early in the morning and stay open pretty late.

I ended up in the wrong place accidently, but Kacey was a great sales person and reeled me in to stay there. Even though it's more expensive than where I was going, I chose to stay and rent a larger spot than originally planned as I felt my work inventory was in good hands. I need another unit for my personal items, any chance of getting a good deal for the first 3 months? I was in escrow when Paradise burned and my house had sold already, my stuff needs to get out of Sacramento where it landed after the fire. Just looking for a little extra help, if possible. I need it closer so I can go through and get rid of things. Doesn't hurt to ask, right? :) Thanks! have a great day!
