I've always been extremely happy at StoreQuest. The facility in La Mesa is the perfect place for me to keep my belongings. It is clean, modern, convenient and most of all safe. Mars, the clerk there, answers all of my questions, solves any problems that might come up and always provides me with excellent service. If you're looking for a place to put your things, you should go to the StoreQuest in La Mesa, and Mars will take very good care of you.

I viewed over five properties/companies in the San Diego area. This is by far the best. From the customer experience to actually finding large climatized units (over 10x20) on the ground floor (near impossible!). Thankful to have found Storquest and the biggest feature is that they let you RESERVE IN ADVANCE. I’m a planner and most other places it’s day-of or nothing. In addition, most places offer a promotion then jack up the cost a few months later. I was able to lock in my rate and pay in advance here. Another customer first feature. Thank you to Mars and Magda who make the whole process completely effortless and friendly. As a woman, it’s much appreciated to feel safe and have a well lit secure facility to visit too. My cherished belongings will remain well preserved in comfortable AC. Thank you!

My experience with StorQuest has been the best experience for myself, a first time storage renter. I had an unfortunate situation happen. Magna and others at her location have been so understanding. During my process of trying to find a solution, she was there to always answer all my questions. We ended up finding a solution. The whole time I didn’t feel alone, definitely a reassuring feeling. I have now been with storquest since 2023. I’ve not had a bad experience since our renting journey with you. I feel magna has had great communication and feel every location needs someone like her!

I had an incredible experience with StorQuest! I accidentally left my phone in a taxi on my way to their La Mesa location, and even though it wasn’t their responsibility, Mars went above and beyond to help me. They let me use their phone to track mine down, helped me contact the taxi company, and stayed kind and supportive through it all. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism—highly recommend StorQuest to anyone looking for a storage company that truly cares about its customers!

Magda is the most amazing Storage manager I have ever met in my life. I came to her on the fly after going to the El Cajon location, which was great too, but too far for me. I had been misled online by a third-party about a different storage near the La Mesa site so at the 11th hour I ran over to the La Mesa store. Magda was so accommodating and went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a storage facility. She saw my needs and met them 100%! I told her she was the coolest lady I’ve ever met in my life. Good choice Storage quest in Magda!! She’s a gem. A light in the dark times. A total keeper:)
