Above and beyond! Moved my household goods few weeks ago, have the unit until my new place isn’t ready in New Mexico. Extremely easy to move in and make a nice conversation with the store manager, he was able to help me with my unit size needs and a few more moving in tips. 5 stars!!! No problems, no complaints, 100% satisfaction with people working here and the business they are running!

AmyGreat location, very convenient and safer than others in the area. I don’t get some of the other reviews, maybe they weren’t having a good day and decided to vent. I thought they were rather helpful and will recommend them to my friends and family.
Keisha MI went to open my storage unit and found that the lock wouldn't open. The key had not been damaged in any way nor replaced. It had been a couple of months since coming to my storage and I was told by the manager that, "yeah, sometimes there are issues with the lock and key". WTH is that supposed to mean? He couldn't get the lock to open either and stated that he can cut the lock off, and I would need to purchase a new one, but he has decided that I will not be charged for him having to cut the lock. I told him this is all unfair as my inability to get into my storage unit is not through any fault of mine and the lock on the unit was purchased from them. He told me they use a 3rd party for the lock so, technically, they aren't responsible for anything that happens to it. He then asked me if I wanted him to cut the lock. I asked how else am I supposed to get into my unit?! He said I didn't have to purchase the new lock from them, but he couldn't open it until I did have a lock to replace the one he would cut. Since I was at the storage unit because I NEEDED SOMETHING FROM MY UNIT, I asked him what choice did he think I had. I ended up having to come out of pocket and buy another lock from them Anyway, I tried calling Cubesmart as I felt this whole issue was unacceptable. They didn't answer or return my call. Writing this review just to warn that there is a lack of accountability should the lock they provide you for their storage units suddenly decide it didn't want to open. Update: I want to thank Carlos for personally reaching out to me and resolving the issue with professionalism and care. I truly appreciate him taking the time to listen, explain, and make things right. While my experience started off frustrating, Carlos’s response showed a level of accountability and customer service that deserves recognition. Thank you again for stepping in and helping me access my unit without further stress.
