Liz was professional and courteous processing me as a new renter. I needed boxes, you had boxes. It was quick and easy! I was shown to my new storage unit which was clean, easy to access and well lit. My gate credentials worked without a hitch. Nothing was difficult, I was in and out without any trouble at all. It was a breeze - even signed up for autopay and it was set up for me by Liz. And insurance. I unloaded my belongings and that was it. No loose ends to tie up when I left.
Over all very easy to reserve the storage unit . Wonderful customer service made us feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process.
