Though the listed hours of storage access is listed and reinforced by agent on-site during rental agreement paperwork are between 6am-10pm the main entrance for customers locks and denies entry at 9pm. Because I calculated my timing to complete my move by 10, no access after 9 left my storage unlocked as I anticipated unloading my last round in the hour. No access caused me to require another day of truck rental and my belongings being improperly stored if I wasnt able to regain access. After following suit of another customer being locked out, I was able to get emergency gate access but that still left me with no time to unload the last round with an extra truck rental day I was forced to pay. Another minor offense was completing my lease agreement (PAYMENT MADE Online and after business hours ) noted i had immediate access. That wasn't the case and I had driven over to begin unloading. Access was not permitted until agent granted access next business day. Other than that..price is good, place is really clean, and service has been helpful
