Nova Storage Mission Hills

The young lady who processed my move-in was the best thing about this property i'm telling you she was so nice and so professional - she did her best to try to squeeze me in a very overcrowded parking yard everything else about my experiencehas been not so great The online advertised price that got me in the Door was not honored - an 8X200 parking spot was $134 a month and now I'm paying $178 a month --- they claimed it was a mistake or an error they didn't have much of a space for me and the next day I had a hard time moving in --I tried to squeeze my RV into the space and there was absolutely no way to do it safely or comfortably with ease. I almost scraped the side of my RV on another trailer that was sticking out a little too far as I was making a tight turn It was quite a challenge and it took over an hour to get park my rig in. I had to literally jackknife my vehicle 90 degrees to get it into the obscure parking spot. I noticed many other spots I could've fit into but they were already occupied. The male manager on duty 1-30-26 when I was having my struggles was not friendly at all- I had called him to try and help me figure out a solution to my parking dilemma he was not helpful nor sympathetic which was pale in comparison to the nice sweet lady who got me all set up initially after struggling with the parking spot I actually managed to get my RV parked somewhat safely but it sits very close to another RV I thought maybe I would have to park it on the street somewhere and look for another place. Hopefully they're going to rearrange the layout better in the near future and get me a better spot. Watch this space. Hopefully things will work out and I can stay here. Because I do love the location.
