Storage Etc in Koreatown very good place for keep my things. Building clean and big, many security camera everywhere, I see like every corner have camera. Always security guard walking around, even night time I come, he say hello and check gate. I feel very safe for my boxes and furniture. Move-in special so good price, help me save money first month. Staff friendly, help me find right size unit, no pressure. Garage gate good, easy bring stuff inside. Parking okay for loading, not too hard in Koreatown street.

I rented a storage space from this company and the sales associate Michelle was very nice. She made the process smooth, easy and fast. The facility was clean well maintained with great bright lights to make it safe when visiting. I highly recommend this storage place and do ask for Michelle she is wonderful.

This storage facility is an absolute disaster and you should AVOID AT ALL COST. The security is practically nonexistent. No cameras, no monitoring, and the "secure" units are covered only with wire mesh on top, leaving everything insecure. My unit got broken into, and I lost most of my stuff worth over $10,000. There were no usable camera footage or entry logs to investigate what happened. No staff were present to notice or respond to suspicious activity. What remained of my belongings was also ruined by rodents. This facility is filthy and clearly not maintained. Other tenants behave without any consideration for safety. Despite the rule that the main gate should remain closed, I witnessed people propping it open to move in, which created a great security risk. Again, there was no staff around to enforce basic rules. Management is absent during working hours, often away from the office, ignoring phone calls, and showing minimum concern for tenant losses. This facility is unsafe, unhygienic, and poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
