We moved from another Storage facility in our area where we'd been for many years, but then $$ was too much for us Seniors/Elder. StorQuest is right down the street from us and we were given an excellent price. Getting started was quick, convenient and we were taken care of. Our move-in was successful and everything fit well.
My on boarding experience was quick and easy, and I feel safe leaving my stuff there.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and asnwered every question. They provided a moving truck for the small pick I had prepared. The space and facility are clean and easily accessible. My overall experience was very positive. Cons: No disposal of any kind is allowed on the premises.
The Playa Vista StorQuest facility is very clean, secure, well kept, and has great storage access hours.
