John and Jon are lovely gentleman, they are extremely helpful and on top of it!! I feel like I have known them for many years even the first day of meeting, which for me is everything! The are friendly, personable and truly care about customer service! We are stoked to have found secure storage and will definitely recommend to folks! To be honest, I got the room because my house was going to be renovated and I wasn't sure we had enough room in the garage but we did so I didn't end up using this space at all. I have no idea what it looks like but it was incredibly easy to sign up but also to cancel it! Customer service was great, they are all very helpful and I didn't leave any of our calls frustrated or confused. I would recommend based on price and how easy it was to cancel, very good for those short-term storage needs.

I have had a great experience so far and I am so glad I chose SecureSpace self storage! Not only is it a great location , checking in was painless after a long move. John was so helpful, on time, and had everything ready to go for me. Kind staff and the inside is spotless.

I was in quick need of a small storage area for the operational readiness of my company. Luckily, there was availability, the price was fair, and the transaction was concluded online immediately. Check-in was tricky (because of the very lengthy code) to type on the security gate, and they have this CCTV which can be annoying as it screams at you as an intruder. However, once inside, it's all good! Not a very big facility, and the parking is also limited. Also, I hope management will visit the facility every so often for maintenance (clean toilet and floors).
