I had a great experience with Earl Rd Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. Access was easy, and everything felt safe and organized. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I had, which made the whole process stress-free. Pricing is fair, and I felt confident leaving my belongings there. Devan WI called today in regards to a preliminary lien notice that I received for past due payment. Unfortunately for me, Rosa Azevedo answered the phone. I simply asked, “when does my unit go to lien?” Rosa replied, “I’m not going to do the math for you.” Shocked at this level of unprofessional behavior and complete unwillingness to assist. Will certainly be withdrawing my belongings ASAP and will alert my many contacts in the area of wider Linda to steer clear! Hey Laura, who I’ve been working with for years, if you see this: you might want to be more selective with who you trust to cover your office in your absence!
Tammy JorgensonRodent infestation. My couch and furniture is ruined. I give the 1 star for security features. Other than that all my stuff smells like rodent pee, rat poop everywhere. My stuff ruined like I said. Only store things that rats can piss and crap on. Totes, tools and I believe thats it.
