David VawterSince you went out of your way to ask me about my experience, let me tell you. After being there only six weeks you raised my rent 77.5%. It was clearly a bait and switch. You brought me in at a rate that was reasonable and competitive. And then raised it $100 a month. Talking with your customer service, they said they would see what they could do. Now I've heard nothing, ghosted. Clearly once I am in and settled, you felt it was time to take advantage. I even went so far as to Call In to see what I could rent the same space for and was provided a rate even less than the one that I agreed to. Buyer be ware...

Sierra JacksonDO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE! Yesterday my husband went to our storage unit and realized that it had been broken into and the lock had been cut off and replaced by a duplicate. The company claims the cameras were out. Hundreds of thousands of dollars of photography equipment was stolen from our storage unit. This facility is supposed monitored 24/7 behind a code protected gate. We asked for a refund or discount since they failed to protect our belongings, they claimed they could not do it. We called the police, they mentioned that there have been 4 break-ins there in the last week! Bottom line they did not care about our stuff being stolen at all! If you can, save yourself the trouble and store your belongings at a better storage location. This place is a joke!
