I saw negative reviews from other users about rate increases they weren't aware of, and got clarification that PS (like other storage vendors) may increase the monthly rate, but you should receive a 30 day notice beforehand to give time to consider if you plan to stay. Good experience so far, would be nice if access hours were extended, but staff have been helpful and friendly.

We arrived an hour early before our scheduled time. However the staff was super curtious in making arrangements for our early arrival. As we had to maintain social distancing norms, scheduling is of primary importance. The staff finished the paperwork in under 15 mins.

The rental procedure was easy and straightforward. The lot and the space are nice, clean and well kept. The personnel at the site are the stars. They made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Just completed signing up for a Public Storage unit with Angel. She was friendly and very professional. I decided I needed a larger unit than I had initially anticipated and she was able to locate one for me that was easily accessible. She fully explained each step of the sign up process, along with details of each of the initial fees and as this is the middle of the month, how the monthly rental fee is pro-rated for January to bring me to the full fee starting February. She even walked me over to the gate to confirm I could gain access with the provided code. She made the process smooth and I felt comfortable with the sign up process.

It's been couple a year's since we get another storage.and public storage is best storage ive known And I will recommend it to my friends!
