Clean
The employees are helpful but they only have 1 flat cart so you have to ask to use it & leave your license to drive in order to use it. That can be time consuming & a hassle. For me, every time I go there, all the units around mine are rented by people involved in gang stalking, so I can NEVER go to my storage unit without other people showing up at the same time to put something into or take something out of their storage. They will block my way so I have to ask them to move. Or they make a bunch of noise the way gang stalkers constantly do. Or they'll just hang around their unit forever. I admit that sometimes I'll use the locked gates as a way to escape all the weirdos involved in the harassment, but I didn't choose the location carefully enough and so they can make a ton of noise from outside the gate. Plus, it's pretty far away from any freeways so I can't just pop in and pop out. It will do for now. The price was low & I just needed things out of my way right now. So, it isn't as quiet as I had hoped for but they're not in control of that. And it's not as private as it should be & I have no idea what to make of that? There is only 1 gate to get out and I guess that is for security? But when you have weirdos blocking the way, only 1 way out makes me a little cautious and watchful. But the place is spotless. No camera in my hallway so the freaks will break into my unit eventually even though there is nothing worth taking. Just for laughs. You know? Cuz that sort of thing is fun when you have a tiny brain like gang stalkers do.

Around 3 weeks ago, near the end of December/25, came to this office to make a payment. Met up with Lauren B. who treated me professionally and in a friendly manner. She also voluntarily helped me economically with my rental space. I appreciate her effort. The interaction went very well. Excellent employee.

Moving is never fun and I was dreading the storage aspect of it but thanks to Lauren Bloter at Extra Space Storage, it was a smooth and painless event. She was more than happy to show myself and then my wife the storage unit differences in the size and shape as more than understanding with our children in tow. Regina CastroI had extra space storage off Bay And Perris also had one at the second location located on Perris. In the city of Moreno Valley, both locations have excellent staff very clean and they are wonderful people. They watched the property all the time one day I left my door unlocked and I received a call. I am very thankful for Miss Lauren, Miss Michelle and Miss Sarah those are the ladies I had been in contact with the whole time for my storage needs thank you ladies and God bless
GaryLauren was very helpful I almost got the wrong size and she took me to see what I was going to get and what she thought I would need and I’m glad she did because she was right. My wife and I asked a lot of questions and she was patient and answered them all.
