Nice nice nice nice nice nice
The young lady who helped me was friendly and provided great customer service! I never had an indoor unit before so I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what to expect. She explained everything well to me and I felt at ease. The unit was clean too. Thank you!
Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful - sharing tips and tricks that made the move in process easy and painless. The facility is well-maintained and everything worked as expected (doors, elevators, etc). The storage unit was spotless (as were the hallways and common areas).
Good onboarding experience the front desk lady was nice and efficient.
Although this facility is immaculate and easy to use, what makes this establishment 5/5 stars is the Customer Service. This team is accommodating, understanding, flexible, and most of all...they truly show they care for your needs. If EVERY company had a team like this, their buiness would thrive.
