Wonderful customer service..very helpful...went the extra mile to help us out..finding our perfect size unit. We really appreciate it. Its rare that u get a such great service. There 2 people who help me..one was over the phone .and the other when i went into the office..location was in norco ca. Me an my bf greatly appreciate it???
The woman who helped me was very nice and ensured that my needs were met and gave me options. She was kind and very helpful.
Customer service is excellent. The girl working there took that extra step and brought the boxes that I bought to my car for me. The place is very clean. I highly recommend Public Storage.
