The overall process was good. My problem was I explained the apartment and furniture for space needs. In trying to save me money, which I appreciated, the person I talked to on the phone underestimated my storage needs and when the truck arrived at the facility I had to upgrade to a larger unit. I was handling business 3,000 miles away for a family relative. All was well though with the ability to jump online and change things, I am just glad I was home when I got the call that the unit was too small, especially with the three hour time difference!
The place is clean and it was a quick and easy transaction.
For my first time renting with a storage facility, this was the cheapest one out of the 6 I looked at in my area for the size I desired. Prices for a first floor with drive-up access are high, but this facility was affordable. My unit is not far from the exit, so thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great as well. The phones are answered promptly, and their communication is amazing. They respond to voicemails quickly.
