This location is so convenient, the facility is safe and secure and the application and move-in process was fast and efficient.
When I checked in, the unit was clean and ready for my move-in. I was shown the drive-up unit that I reserved and it was ready for to move into. It was everything that I wanted, just as the advertising promised.
I can't believe I found the perfect, safe, and highly secure self-storage facility that's run seamlessly by Jason, the manager and his team! Jason went over and above to help me from the initial setting everything up to making sure my move into my unit went without a hitch. I highly recommend Storage Star in Novato (plus, it's in a pretty setting). If unit availability is scarce there due to demand, definitely try their other Storage Star location in Sonoma.
No one wants to spend money on storage, it's one of those things, but if you need to do it, this is the place; easy access, fair pricing, wonderful staff. 5 stars for me!
