This storage facility is great because of Dawn only.
I had been there for almost 5 years until 6/21/23 when I moved out finally. Since Dawn has been there as manager she has gone above and beyond to help out at this facility. She worked by herself for a Long time, and did a great job it was Way too much for One person. The day I moved out job, she was there at 6am to open the gate for my movers to get their truck in. It didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open until 9:30am. She offered coffee to all six guys. Which was awesome. Negative issues are that the company charges too much for there units and the prices continue going up on a regular basis.

I've been storing with CubeSmart for almost 4 years now. The facility is typically clean, I've never had an issue with walk-in or driving gates and there's always somebody on site to answer any questions or be helpful when necessary. I'd like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank to the manager Ariana for being helpful. She's the 3rd manager to work there since I moved in and hands down the best of the bunch. She is always in a pleasant mood and greets me with a smile. If you're looking for an affordable storage unit and a good staff this is the best option around.
kevin woodI don't think it's just me but almost every time I come to pay my rent they must have just left for lunch. I have been waiting for over a hour and in that time I have seen two people who were complaining about being broken into and watched the cops come and go . It wasn't always this way.
